Tuition Policies & Procedures
Please note the following Academy tuition policies:
- No refund is provided during the school year for students taking time off to participate in tournaments.
- No refund is provided to students getting injured during the school year.
- The Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable.
A credit card authorization form must be signed by all parents which will be used for tuition fees not received as per the schedule of payments and/or to replenish the student's personal account monthly. Tuition payments must be received within 10 days following the due date. Thereafter, students will not be permitted to participate in the tennis program until the matter is resolved.
Applicants and their parents should understand that The All Atlanta Junior Tennis Academy reserves the right, at any time, to expel an athlete/student that contravenes with the overall quality and integrity of the program. If a child is sent home for any reason, there are no refunds.
